Won't hold charge

I've now had three of these - the first two having been replaced under warranty. They last for a couple of months and then stop holding charge so are useless.

Decent machine - photo is misleading

It’s a very good machine. The photo is misleading as it gave two controls with more settings and the handbook is also wrong. It works well however and does a great job.
