Run away, while you still can!
1 of 1 found this helpful If you have seen the original "School for Scoundrels" with Terry Thomas and Ian Carmichael and you buy this film expecting it to be just as funny then you're going to be very disappointed.
It's fine if you like films where wit and subtlety have been replaced by casual swearing.
Come back from the pub on a Friday night and pop this into the DVD player and you'll get a few laughs.
A talented cast tries its best with the thin script but they can only do so much.

Flat AND pointy? What will they think of next?
Flat yet pointy. Ideal for writing on and sticking into the ground or a plant pot. I believe NASA has some of these aboard the Perseverance Mar lander.

Vegetation is not safe!
I had some old loppers that I was using to try and deforest a small corner of London. An alleyway, giving access to my garage, was in danger of becoming overgrown with brambles, nettles and tree branches. The local council were no help so I took up arms to rid the alleyway of the encroaching vegetation. The old loppers were not helping, with their lack of sharpness and inability to cut cleanly through anything. A solution was required. Having a number of Fiskars tools in the shed, I chose the newest, most powerful looking loppers on the Fiskars website. Upon their arrival I took to the alleyway, loppers in hand. A few hours later the devastation was complete. Nothing stood up to the awesome power of the Fiskars PowerGear X Lopper Anvil. Tree branches as wide as 4-5 cms., and everything else, were cut in two with ease. I surveyed the now clear alleyway with pride and, with the loppers raised in triumph, returned to my home, knowing that this task had been completed and that I wouldn't have to do it again for several months.
