great overview
The book is fascinating, lots of details about pepper, the varieties, how to use, flavours etc. Tons I didn't know and am glad I now do. Recommended by Mark Diacono.

Flavour from Fire
Excellent guide, good ideas and only a couple of veggie burger recipes, which are good, but the others are as interesting and tasty as you would imagine from her instatagram. Recommended, have used 5 recipes so far from the simple to the good but require a bit of effort, all very flavourful. Lots more to try out.
