A film worthy of a better DVD quality

My low rating has to do with the poor quality DVD, which appears to be a transfer from a low-resolution VHS or cable TV recording. Details about the visual quality of the DVD should be provided ahead of time.

Jack Palace Plays a More Notorious "Jack"

A pristine DVD copy of a very compelling 1953 film noir starring Jack Palance as Jack the Ripper! It was gratifying to see such a sharp copy of this film given the inferior versions I have seen elsewhere.

TAKING OFF -- Milos Forman's 1971 pre-"Cuckoo's Nest" generation gap classic

This wonderful Milos Forman comedy is not available in the US, which is outrageous! I am so grateful for this Czech DVD, which looked great and could be played with its original English track. Thanks for making the DVD available!
