    Seller made genuine error with ad which stated item was new and used. It transpired it was used and I thought it was new when purchasing. Contacted seller, on checking ad he agreed it was confusing and offered a full refund with postage repaid or a rebate with me keeping the item. I chose the latter because the seller had been very fair.
