  I ordered the BB-8 Lego set for my nephew for Christmas. The description on E-Bay said "new" and "open box." I thought I knew what "new" meant, and assumed "open box" meant the original box was damaged in shipping since that happened once before. Imagine my surprise and frustration when I received the box and the Lego set was ALREADY ASSEMBLED. Kind of defeats the purpose of a Lego set. I contacted the seller who said his description of "new" was in compliance with E-Bay's policy. What BS!
