Train wreck
My boyfriend’s snoring was so loud I would literally wake up and hit him and fake like I was sleep so that the noise would stop. Sometimes I would even have to fall asleep first so that once I was in the deep sleep I couldn’t hear anything. Once he got these nasal openers it got better. It’s definitely not a permanent fix but it opened up his airway for at least 80% of the night. I would hear a little snore here and there but not as bad as before
