  After not receiving the remote in the initial packaging I felt a bit annoyed. But once I contacted them they resolved the issue promptly and sent me the remote immediately. The fan is in great working order now, however you do need the remote to operate this fan. 10/10 for customer support 😃

  Box arrived a little battered, the label that stated checked and sanitised was just about stuck down and half torn! Luckily the hair dryer is in a new condition and not affected. Dyson needs to think about protecting the packaging a little better maybe something to do with the two different address labels on the box which clearly confused ParcelForce as the parcel been travelling around the country!
