Then they marked it as dispatched, but when I asked for the tracking information they said they had 'mislaid' it. The seller then cancelled the transaction and gave me a refund but told Ebay that the reason for cancellation was that ''Buyer asked to cancel the order.' I did not ask to cancel the order. The seller should have taken responsibility for cancelling the order.
