  Why does eBay have a 7 day policy before a person can say wether they have a negative or neutral feed back. This is a neutral feed back. I received my bunting today but the plastic string between each flag is not accurately represented on the photos in the listing. Why has the seller tried to make the string look shorter between the flags in their photos than it actually is? Obviously so that there would be less flags on the bunting size. This is a very dishonest practice.

  Advertised & sold as 12m lengths, what I recieved was 9m lengths, subsequently not long enough to cover the area I'd intended them for. Emailed seller 3 times, he didn't even have the decency to respond. What makes a vendor think they can bypass trading standards regulations just because they're on Ebay? This guy clearly has zero respect for the customer by his willingness to supply a smaller product then totally ignore the customer's emails.

  Buyer demanded we send another pack for free. We do not send free items Correct amount of Flags was on the bunting as advertised , String may have been shorter than 12m but with ALL the flags as advertised . Sold 1000s with no issues . Was just the string on this pack apparently was short .
