Treasure of unusual carols from 8 countries, with both original language & English
This volume has songs from many countries: England, France, Germany, Scandinavia, Slovakia, Italy, Spain, as well as Latin carols.
What sets this volume apart is that the songs are presented in both their original language, as well as English.
Each song has guitar chords, and some songs have a completely separate piano accompaniment line, in addition to the melody. All songs have at least a melody line with some chords and piano bass line.
Illustrations adorn each song, in the style of the country represented.
I am a private music teacher and specifically looked for this volume, after seeing one a student had. It contains many unusual carols, which I have enjoyed learning.
