Does not work with BT Advanced Call Blocker system
The DTR4 initially worked for 3 calls but then was no longer recording incoming calls. During playback of calls, DTR4 was indicating that calls had been recorded but was then showing 'No call records' when attempting playback. Also the forward and backward facility on playback was malfunctioning. The system software dated 2016, requires upgrading or being entirely rewritten.
VERY DISAPPOINTED in DTR4 product and the associated User Manual: 2 sheets of A4 - little details on setup and no advice on max capacity of SD CARD.
