Does not charge in the sun.
1 of 3 found this helpful The solar panel appears to be just for looks, or to make the consumer feel good, but it does not actually charge the battery, it's either not connected or it's not really a solar panel or both. Either way it's not as described and a scam against those that may depend on the sun to charge their flashlight or radio when it's not even possible with this unit. You can get the radio and flashlight to work by cranking it for a really long time but the radio runs out fast unless you keep cranking.
