Top product for a wonderful product! everyone in the house has one, and I control the others for safe keeping. Footballls , Basketball, or Soccer!

Great
Had surgery and stitches and staples would hold if I moved wrong because of location. So after I healed I had gained some weight and needed to get it off. So with this and other exercise I was able to do so. I wasn't thrilled at first but the family jumped in and we made little games out of things and we all enjoyed it.It is an excellent cardio and helps every part of the body as well as long as you use it right.
