A good replacement nut material - looks stylish too!
At this price (£10-49) a good deal - though some sellers can list these black Graphtech Tusq nuts at as much as £15- (not such a good deal!). My local repairer / restorer says these are very easy to work with and produce a good resonance - he's fitted three or four for me, to various guitars - all sound great - in tandem with black Tusq bridge saddles too - so I'm happy to recommend.

Minimal orchestral backing on 4 of the 9 tracks (12 tracks in total) - but it's still knockout Wes !
Even with minimal orchestral backing on 4 of these 9 studio tracks (12 in total due to alternate takes), this 1966 date is up there with Wes's best - he comes through upfront, loud & clear, unmuffled and undiluted, with sympathetic and eminent sidemen, marred only by (surprisingly!) Ron Carter playing bass seemingly too sharply on one track.
Beautifully produced with extensive liner notes and fold-out CD package, this 1999 Verve Master Edition CD, containing shorter, radio-friendly format tracks (longest 5' 21") - gives the lie to the argument that Montgomery played best in 'real' jazz sessions with extended workouts - and remember too that Wes had earlier recorded orchestrally with his 1963 Riverside release 'Fusion!' I had the cassette of this release initially, and liked it so much I sought out the longer CD version - I'm glad I did!

Gotoh open-back guitar tuners (Waverley style) type SE-770
Excellent machine heads, as are all Gotoh products - I've bought and had fitted about four or five sets of these SE-770 open back tuners to acoustic guitars over the last decade or so - lightweight and reliable, so suited to acoustic guitars - essentially the same as the USA-made Waverley originals, but at far less cost and with no appreciable difference in quality (also comes with the higher-priced white pearl or amber button options - when WD have them in stock !)
