  Item listed as 'New' with no additional information re condition. Arrived promptly in a lightweight poly bag with no extra protection. The jigsaw box was sealed but was grubby, scuffed and tired looking. I was not happy as had bought this as a gift, which I wouldn't give in this condition. Contacted seller who replied on 2nd attempt. They were polite but uncompromising and their explanation for their lack of co-operation was unconvincing. My only option was to return the article.
