Great quality... tricky fitting
2 of 2 found this helpful A great roof rack but not exactly easy to fit. The fitting instructions are clear, but you can tell by the number of additional sheets folded in that people have desperately needed more explanation. Once you've figured out what you're looking for on your car and how to fit each bar it's fine. But it took me three goes and several hours, and I'm not
new to working on cars and motorbikes. There's a moment of no return when you have to make several holes in your car's roof trim. It can be a bit worrying, especially when you then struggle to fit the bars and have to (temporarily) leave several great holes in your roof surround. Take your time, follow the instructions exactly and if in doubt, consider getting them professionally fitted.
When they are on they are great quality though. Solid, a perfect fit and very strong they carry a kayak on my mini with ease. Another plus is that they clear the sun roof comfortably. They make a lot less wind noise than roof bars on other cars I've owned too. A good purchase, excellent value for money.

Excellent
This is a great kayak that offers excellent value for money.
It tracks well at sea, or on lakes and rivers and can be used by one or two people by quickly adding/removing a seat. It takes only 5 minutes to inflate and can be deflated in minutes also. It folds away very easily and can be stored in the bag provided. The boat is quite heavy at 25kg, so care The should be taken when carrying it.
Overall this has been an excellent purchase that our family has loved using over the summer. Highly recommended as an extremely capable and cost effective alternative to a hard shell kayak.
