Less than great
0 of 3 found this helpful I really had high hopes for this "peel", I have been having issues with texture on my chin area and around my nose, I had finally gotten my skin clear enough to use something like this so I looked up which product was the best for this issue and found great reviews and articles about this product. I was first surprised to find that there was no safety seal, and I looked up unboxing videos to see whether this was normal and apparently all of them come just in a box, wrapped in plastic, but with no peel away seal. I was also sad to see that the pads are barely even wet, especially the ones on top. I pulled out the first pad and applied it all over, and it was basically like rubbing alcohol going on and similar in scent. It felt a little stingy, but nothing major. I waited and waited for it to dry into something that could be peeled off, but nothing like that ever happened. So i decided maybe the "peel" was referring to my skin itself, and perhaps my top layer of skin would peel off in the next day or so, but that never happened either. I used it about 8 times and all it did was dry my skin out severely, and cause large irritated patches covered in teeny red bumps and itched like crazy. It made my skin feel like sand paper, so I guess that could be classified as "re-textured" , but not in a good way at all. Areas that had never in my life had breakouts were suddenly red, and bumpy, and felt horribly rough.I have stopped using it for 4 days now and have tried to fix the dry, rough problems and have used the best moisturizer I could find, and exfoliator (both chemical and manual), a spinning face brush, and masks, and still cannot get the sand paper feeling or the bumps to ease up and start to get better. I regret using this so much, and I don't even have sensitive skin. It did nothing but make my issues way way worse, and added more problem areas.
