I bought this item and the same item in a different flavour.Only one of the two items arrived and since I've complained to the seller that I'm still one item and £29.50 short,I've not been refunded or told that the item I've not received is now sent to my address.Terriblel service and I don't have any faith that I'll get the service I paid for.Its the worst case of customer service I've had the misfortune experience

As described. Can i recommend that you do not use Evri I've received the package unsure when it arrived as it was just dumped in my garden and found the orher day and the tracking information still says its on its way.

When you use a too cheap parcel company with bad rep, you get what you pay for. Evri dumped it outside, not even tucked in by front door. Left out in rain, and soaked through as no waterproof packaging layer, just the cardboard box. I hate downrating sellers for the behaviour of delivery people, but if you send things Royal Mail second class tracked it doesn't cost much more and will always be delivered properly. I always use Royal Mail for my own eBay sales. Otherwise a good purchase.

What a farce. Ordered this item, paid extra for next day DPD delivery. Messages from the seller didn’t make sense. Sounded like verbose nonsense. Next thing, I receive notification that Evri were delivering this item to me. Evri iOS app, thought otherwise, and had no record of a delivery, for my postcode. In fairness, despite having to ask, I am to receive a full refund within 3-5 working days. Seller appears to be a tad disorganised.
