The USB type C port which charges the phone at the same time while the other ports (HDMI, USB 3.0) in use stopped working just after 3 days.
I wonder why this one is the cheapest.

Beautifully designed and titled ineffective and very weak piece of junk.
0 of 8 found this helpful This impact driver is totally ineffective and very weak, it cannot even loosen a wheel nut/bolt however you try. Definitely a pretty well designed piece of junk. In my opinion it’s very well suited or regarded as a child toy and great addition to their toys cabinet to aid for a child future ambitions and dreams.

Excellent after sales customer support help team is very essential.
Let me make it clear and simple. This is a great device but there are many issues i did not like about it!!.
So let me list the positives only because they're comprehensive. When ever i have an issue with my SatNav i go a head and contact "TomTom technical help support team" by email or phone and within no time any problems or issues with the device are efficiently dealt with and resolved.
(((Any device without an excellent after sales customer support help team is simply useless.)))
