Great.
1 of 1 found this helpful A thousand times better than calcium supplements made with ground up rocks! Their calcium comes from plants -- easier absorbed into the body. I could tell the difference fairly quickly as my nails got stronger faster than I expected although that was the side benefit. I take it for my bones so I know it's getting the calcium absorbed, not thrown out into the blood stream as other brands do.
