  Purchased this item 20 days ago. I have sent 2 emails asking for an update & they won’t even respond to an email & I STILL HAVE NOT received the item that I have already paid for !!! Horrible customer service!!! Horrible shipping service!!! Nothing takes 20 days to get anymore!!! Will never purchase from them again!!! Do not know how they have so many positive reviews!!! Probably all their own Because this is the worst ever !!!
