Poor quality
This feels and looks like a disposable mat, not a reusable one. Disappointed!

Heavy but easy to use
Takes ages to heat up. Has locking feature to prevent accidental touching of the buttons whilst using. It's quite heavy but still relatively easy to use. It doesn't fully straighten thick wavy hair but will keep it in check following straightening with hot irons, a quick alternative to normal straighteners.
