Dr. John Lee's Hormone Balance Made Simple

What we don't know will hurt us. This book explains the difference between synthetics and natural (Bioidentical). It explains why salvia tests are more accurate than blood tests to learn hormone levels. I really did have 'panic attacks'--couldn't drive over a bridge--while I was taking Prempro, but when I went to my doctor, she dismissed it. Once I switched from HRT (synthetic) to BHRT (bioidentical), the panic attacks stopped. I can drive anywhere, just like before. BHRT gave me my life back. My mother never took any hormone replacements, and she had breast cancer. So lots of things can cause it. Read this book, and others by Dr. Lee, and learn how to listen to what your body is trying to tell you about your own health. And if your insurance doesn't pay for BHRT, I'm sorry. Neither does mine. But I couldn't afford to keep getting worse from drugs they paid for--can you?
