Stihl fs55r gearbox
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this grease to lube the gearbox of my fs55r. As a diy mechanic and jack of all trades I expected a mess trying to get the grease to where it goes ... No problem however, I didn't make any mess at all.. Simply remove the blanking plug and cap of the tube, screw tube onto the gearbox and squeeze. When resistance is felt remove tube, replace cap and blanking plug. Absolutely brilliant method.

You get what you pay for.
Works well identifying live wires but it’s perhaps a bit too sensitive. It will in my experience alarm up to an inch away from a live wire which can be confusing when dealing with multi switched lighting circuits. Also the alarm is a bit quiet. Overall though a perfectly good tool.
