TALES OF WELLS FARGO.
Dale Robertson: is great as the softly spoken, no nonsense, manly, dedicated hero! Most of the stories by far are very good and some even better. I grew up watching Dale Robertson aka Jim Hardy Wells Fargo Agent deal mayhem and justice to evildoers throughout the west. This series still stands up today, even my non Western genre aficionado friends and gran kids have enjoyed it.
There's also the nostalgia for me: returning to a hero of mine and his adventures I was glued to [TV] as a kid.
Good value, it's black and white, a few of the shows are exhibiting their age: mildly but still very watchable.

Peerless Jim: Welsh champion boxer.
This book is riveting reading: full of colour, historically accurate with pathos, drama, excitement, humour and sadness. It's an excellent read and one eels they're their with Jim Driscoll, his family, friends, enemies and workmates.
The reader will fly to the heights with Jim and plumb the depths of despair as his story unfolds, due to the brilliant writing of Alexander Cordell.
Go buy it!
