  Seller did not send out item after winning the auction. I won for a good price. Rude e mails when I said I would report to be bay. Said I could report to whoever I wanted and that ‘I am just a Dad not a store and that’ it is just a plate’ and because U did not have it he hoped I had some paper plates. Seller was just awful and rude. Only sent after I contacted Ebay. Have copies of e mails to report. If I could give no star on shipping I would. Took weeks
