No good for lefties!
As said in the title, no good for people who use their left hand to drink with. There were also a few sharp bits under the moustache guard that cut the tips of my fingers while I was trying to wash the mug. Used once only because of both problems =(

Tea's flavour is a personal choice, but...
I love this green tea. As the bags are individually wrapped it's perfect for my travels too. Yes, it's more expensive than a box of tea down the supermarket, but for me the better flavour is worth the cost.

Mostly perfect
1 of 1 found this helpful I can't say it's light weight, because you aren't supposed to move it when it's on and full of water. It's light enough when empty to store etc though.
Does the job it's designed to do, doesn't leak, I like that the long hose between the heating unit and the hand held black bit swivels well and stops it twisting up.
I would have preferred a bit more depth to the handle on the black bit, if you have large hands you're going to catch your knuckles on the surface a few times and when it's hot it's uncomfortable. I wore a rubber glove in the end to prevent scalding.
