Simple items that work adequately well
Good items - work adequately well on the tool in question (unlike the original ones on the tool in question - they broke

Seems pretty good
Very sSmooth actions in both traverse directions, and better than I had anticipated, but yet to use it intensively and so can't vouch for the long term reliability.
Relatively minor issue is that the knob to secure the camera to the unit is quite shallow, and so is difficult for someone with large fingers to grasp it - especially when attaching a largish camera like a DLSR

A very good combination of discs and pads
Fitted these to the front of my remapped (180 bhp) Octavia 2.0L TDI, and upgraded from 288mm to 312mm discs because the previous combination did not inspire much confidence.
By comparison, this Mintex combination is a revelation - and I have to warn anyone else who drives the car to be careful to get used to how quickly they stop the vehicle before pressing the brake pedal very hard!
