  Toilet frame is as described and arrived very well packaged and protected. Very pleased with purchase. No instructions...it had not said there would be any. Mostly obvious but took me a short while to realise that the extension feet were stored at the ends of the crossbars! Once that was solved then putting together and adjusting easy.
