Exact replacement for LEFT (as seated) foot plate, not RIGHT as pictured.
Exact replacement for the LEFT foot plate, NOT the RIGHT foot plate as is pictured on the listing. Left is typically described as if sitting in the chair. The picture highlights seated right, which is incorrect. It can be reversed and used either way by drilling a new hole for the foot strap anchor point (simple fix).
