  BEWARE THIS BUYER. Buyer purchased a large vintage ceramic Christmas tree from me then claimed item arrived damaged 30 DAYS AFTER THE ITEM ARRIVED. Never opened a claim with me and wanted me to refund them off the ebay platform. USE CAUTION WITH THIS BUYER. SUSPICIOUS AS ALL PHOTOS THEY INCLUDED 30 DAYS AFTER SALE HAD MULTIPLE CATS IN THEM. Feel like buyers pets broke the item and then they tried to be sneaky, blame USPS, and get a refund off ebay since item wasn't actually broke in transit.
