Wright sox - you "can't go wrong"
I have been wearing Wright Sox for over 30 years to prevent blisters when I run... in all that time, I have NEVER gotten a blister - and I have run as far as 50 miles at one time.
These sox also keep your feet dry.. I buy the double layer for longer runs, but the single layer are great for the heat of the desert where I live.
My favorite socks, hands down!

Great "neutral" running shoe for the serious runner.
I have been wearing Asics shoes for over 20 years; I like the wide toe box and narrow heel... these don't disappoint.

Make your dog smile!
This is a favorite toy of my dog... he is a "player"... the two kinds of squeaker in this toy make it entertaining and keeps him busy for longer... he will even play by himself with it.
