I had to return the phone which I wrapped very well and securely, I sent it back with royal mail signed for. The seller told me that the screen is smashed and will only give me a refund if I give them £10 first. I've never come across this before. I made the mistake paying with debit card and the seller will know its not as easy to get your money back. So I have no phone and am £44 out of pocket. Buyers beware. I've been duped: (
