  All together the shipping was fast, packaging was nice, and product were all described well by the seller. Unfortunately, this part was defective, same issue as my part that I was replacing. Not the sellers fault this is a engineering design fault by the company. I have since contacted the company and they have sent me new replacement parts for free.

  AirThings wave minis arrived quickly. Packed with care. They looked just as described. One worked perfectly out of the box. The second, also new in box, had a failure of the airthings batteries in them, which had leaked all over the device and it was dead. I sent photos and a note describing this issue to the seller. They offered an immediate refund for the inoperative device. Great seller to deal with. Thank you!
