Compact Camera But Limited
This camera is very compact and easy to handle. All the buttons etc are logically set out and easy to use. The image quality is good with sharp, colourful images. Start up time is fairly quick.
However, there is only a limited range of functions so the camera is strictly point and shoot. 3x zoom gives some flexibility.
The main problem is limited battery life, and an odd glitch which means that the camera gives a 'low battery' level warning after a few shots, particularly when the flash is being used. However, switching it off and on again means you can keep snapping. This problem is well documented on the internet.
Plus points:
1. Small, discrete compact
2. Easy to use
3. Good image quality
4. Focus and exposure generally spot on
Minus points:
1. Battery issue
2. Poor flash
3. Build a bit weak

Well worth reading
This is an excellent book on horary astrology. It combines an overview of the history of astrology in relation to horary, with a comprehensive look at many of the key techniques in reading horary charts. The author combines traditional techniques with some modern techniques, so that book probably won't please purists. However, it is worth reading for the practical insights into this particular branch of astrology.

Good quality alternative to on-board sound PC or laptop
This is a simple to use external USB sound card which will improve your recorded audio quality. Minimises noise and allows recording of clear audio. Much better than the on-board sound card.
