No software information and its usage.
In description of the product, you are not advised what software to install that is free for life. you could be charged £9.99/month (or £99.99/yr) for the use of an upgrade if you download the wrong software.

It comes with a 3 Ton Jack and NOT 6 Ton.
2 of 2 found this helpful The vertical frame should be braced and tied to the legs by a simple bar or a rod, so it does not move and buckle when heavy force is applied to the jack plunger.
If you think it comes with a 6 Ton Jack, you will be disappointed.
