Ideal for the Couch Potato in all of us. 30 minutes a day and its fun.

I'm not prepared to join a gym so I got out the WiiFit board and software which I hadn't used for years and slowly but surely got into a state of fitness I could live with. Initially I thought I'd never get through the exercises but just 30 minutes exercise a day is all you need (the exercises don't push you until your performance reaches certain levels - it's not there to kill you!). I feel a whole lot better, don't get tired as quickly and seem to breathe easier. I added the recent purchase of WiiFit Plus which adds to the overall experience. I'm not going to enter the Olympics any time soon but I won't feel as guilty watching it on TV.

Well made adapter for VoIP phones
Had bad experiences with well known brand leader adapters in the past. Was recommended this one by another VoIP phone user and it seems to be working well. There are no setup instructions as such in the box but you look on their site for it.
