Does not work with linux

Works OK with windows 10 but the maximum speed I was able to obtain was 180 Mbps. I wanted to use this on my linux pc. Kernel support for this realtek chipset is nil. Using the power of google & github I compiled several candidate realtek drivers none of which actually work.
