    Goods were loaded onto a courier that she arranged. (When I say courier, it was a articulated truck with 10 tonne of tiles on it. we checked and took photos. She claimed when it arrived with her it was damaged. It's been obviously damaged whilst being shipped. Given her a full refund as we had no other choice. We ship over 40 sets a week, and this is the only problem we've had with a buyer. Typical its an account with 2 feedback. :-(
