Add a screw in the design.
Needs a screw to hold the adapter in to the receptacle you're using. The outlet adapters outlets are so tight unplugging anything causes the adapter to come unplugged from the receptacle you're using unless you hold the adapter in while unplugging anything.

Garbage
This is one of the worst products I've ever boughten! Bought it because it says "pet friendly."
On the aerosol cans I bought it clearly states do not allow contact with people or pets and to clean off immediately if it occurs. Clean up: this product is so disgustingly oily that clean up is a nightmare! Paper towels is says. You would need an entire roll. It transfers to any sponge you may use to clean it up with soap. The odor is bug spray. Period, Does it kill them? Instantly. The only plus to the product. The aerosol cans have some much propellent it blows the bugs around which are now dead. If you hold the cane back it sprays in such a large pattern you're left with a bigger mess.
