Good Quality For The Price
Plastic box a bit flimsy, but driver and bits seem quite good, pleased with my purchase.

If low calorie is what you want then they do the job.
If this was standard Noodles, rice or spaghetti I would not be buying it again, even if it was low cost it is ok but not great. It would also be very expensive if it was standard fare.
However if you are trying to diet you can create a meal that is similar, and if the product is flavoured by the sauce it is perfectly fine. The crucial difference is that the meal will contain about 200 less calories a big difference. On a calorie controlled diet it does mean you can also have a low calorie sweet or some supper as well as a filling main meal.
I believe they are also gluten free, of no consequence to me but a plus for some people.
My wife and I are both dieting and we eat them all the time.
