Despite the circuitous postal journey, a problem shared with a completely unrelated supplier, it arrived sensibly packaged and in excellent condition. Fit is very good, it seems to be well put together (I've watched Sewing Bee 😉)and it's nicely lined which I wasn't expecting at such a good price. I should mention that the seller communicated well and rectified the problem with a minimum of fuss, looking forward to trading with them again when it comes time to renew. Top marks!

Great hat, great person to deal with, delivery company not so, box came crushed and hat was squashed . But that is not the sellers fault they did all they could to protect the hat. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Oh a wee bit of steam and a reshape made the hat good again.
