Operating instruction leaflet is not adequate enough for a multi function

Because Bosch only provides the barest of operating manuals (even online) getting to grips with the wide range of washing options is difficult. Some wash loads leave the washing very soggy and I cannot find out why from the instruction sheet.
Maybe in time I'll get more to grips with the wash options.
The machine operates quietly without fuss, and is good value for money (Bosch sent the £50 cash-back within two weeks.) I am hoping the 8 kg drum will be big enough to take my duvet.
As I'm 77 years old I am hoping this machine will last me for the rest of my life.
