Helps the brain
I am thinking more clearly and sleeping better since I started taking two a day of these capsules. Possibly coincidence but I don't think so.

Time for Peace
Peace Time has 60 minutes of very relaxing soothing music that will chill anyone out. It's repetetive but Jack DeJohnette is a top Jazz drummer so he adds just the right amount of variation to keep your interest and lead you into the unknown known time. NB: This is definitely NOT Jazz!

Political guidance at its best
If you aspire to be a politician and want to get to the top, Yes Minister and Yes Prime Minister are the perfect guides. They go into great detail of just how to keep the status quo, appear to be very active whilst doing nothing and keeping any change from ever happening.
These DVDs are obviously being used by the present government who follow them to a tee. You can hear it in everything they say and everything they (don't) do. So they are highly recommended for all politicians.
