A true inspirational workout with great instruction and variation Brilliant
1 of 1 found this helpful Hi I have had the Y Plan video for years and enjoyed it so much I wanted to upgrade to DVD. This Countdown DVD is just what I needed, familiar faces with a more in depth detailed workout to use at home together with my others. A great refreshing addition to my collection. I do 30 minutes every day and alternate between my usual's but this is much better than any other of my workouts and I can't get enough. It gives you alternates as usual but Jill reinforces the correct way to work best. I Love this new DVD, it is a welcome boost to my fitness routine. So glad I picked this countdown DVD I feel so much better even after just one week. it is great, thank you.

This is a must for anyone male female old young, takes practice but works
I have been using the facial workout for years and have given the book video and DVD as gifts over the years and can't believe lots more people are not doing this. I love it, it is much better than other routines about.
