More helpful information than expected

Past history of this product - good!
not started using this one yet but previous ones have been long lasting with clear printed results.

Difficult to activate.
Just a bag of black cased nail pens, no instructions, no illustration. It took about twenty minutes to activate the first pen and a great deal of effort to activate the others, one of which appears to have a faulty nib.
As this was a present for my granddaughter, a teenager, it was very disappointing..
