My favourite salami
Known of Pic Salami for over 40 years - it's great.
It is quite different from the usual run of Mediterranean salamis and what few German salamis are available in shops in the UK.
Very difficult to find in local shops now that the one on Tyneside - Fenwick's - no longer stocks it.
I buy a stick, cut it into sections and freeze all but on. The remaining one I slice on a small, domestic slicing machine.

Small, not obvious when worn.
Use d for clipping cap and walking stick to prevent walking off without them!
