The title sums it up - mentally and physically
The book tells you how to use your thoughts to heal the mental scars suffered through debilitating life experiences. It also links physical ailments to negative emotions we live with and how you can change these emotions through working on your thought patterns. It is an inspirational read, and should be read if there are things in your life you are unhappy with and would like to change. .

Gives no inkling to what the story is about
The first half of this movie was slow paced and bordering on absurdity (not very funny) but as the final court scene got under way, it did raise some laughs, and in retrospect, I judged the movie a good farce on the way the legal system works. It turns out Vinny's girlfriend is an expert on tyre treads, and she saves the day for Vinny in torpedoing the forensic evidence given by an FBI expert. Worth a look!
