2 of 2 found this helpful This was a new thing to try as I was in so much pain with gout in my right big toe , I'm not a doctor person every five mins going there, so I thought I'll give this a go , if it done work I'll go and see GP . Well I've been taking it about 9 weeks BRILLANT , because of the pain I was in I had a limp it was very painful and I'm on my feet all day on a ladder not the best thing in the world but it's my job, since I've been taking these I've found I'm not in half as much pain nor do I limp the only time it hurts is when I forget to take them , now it's my normal part of life , there amazing try them you won't look back , I was taking 6 a day at first but now 4 only take 6 if I've a very hard day a head of me , thank you so much , I have told my friends and family about this and they said about my limp befor I noticed it had GONE ,
